Orange Roll & Sushi

Wait staff not quite as attentive as they could be( for a lunch) at first we were the only customers there The soup was lukewarm at best when asked to reheat it came back a little over lukewarm not hot. I had the double Connecticut lobster roll it was huge probably could have had the regular my fiance's Maine style lobster roll was very good too. This was my first trip to a Jack's lobster Shack I enjoyed the food and the place was clean..

This restaurant is great and spacious, the meals was yummy and the prices were very affordable. fast, productive service and very welcoming waiters. Will definitely recommend this spot.

What a gem! The food was plentiful and the so is the menu. They recently started stocking red and white wines by the bottle and half bottle. The staff were warm, nice and accommodating. We ordered Maine and Connecticut style lobster roll platters, wine, fried clam strips, key lime pie and Organic Maine sodas; all satisfying especially the mandarin orange soda. This was our first time but definitely won't be our last. We arrived Wednesday at 8:30 PM and it wasn't too busy and parking was easy to find. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu as I surely will. BYOB has a $4 corking fee.

Been here plenty of times! I enjoyed their lobster grilled cheese! It's so good! I've also had their lobster salad to go and it is delicious. Their lobster bisque is also so yummy!!!!!!! They use fresh lobster on the bisque. Highly recommend.

First time there today. Food was amazing and fresh. Great service as well.

The service was excellent but the food was ok. I wasn't too fond of the breading and the lobster fritters didn't have much lobster meat. I would come back to try something else though

Jack,I updated this review after your kind reply. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday dinner and it was an OVERWHELMING SUCCESS. Absolutely DELICIOUS lobster bisque and rolls with some of the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking too... I was thanked by atleast 5 people on my short walk out. She was thrilled, and so was I. 6 out of 5 if I had the option - we were elated all night, our dining experience was a dream come true. Thank you Jack and staff, we will be back, I promise! This is an absolutely amazing establishment with perfect food and the nicest people around.Do yourselves a favor and try this restaurant... you will not be sorry. I could not be more impressed, I am smiling as I write this sheerly at the thought of last nights dinner.Absolutely perfect.

Great food, very friendly staff, very nice experience. I moved back to the east coast in September and waited six months before I had a Maine lobster. I am glad I waited. This was a little under two pounds and was perfectly prepared. The appetizers were delicious. I highly recommend Jack's.

We like a lot going out. Last night we came to this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a delightful experience there with great cooking and a professional team and an impressive cook. We put this place in our phone list and we will definitely visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

Atmosphere is casual and as far as food goes, we have only tried The lobster bomb bread bowl bisque and lobster roll, both really good. BYOB is a plus.

Good CT style lobster roll served with fresh salad and slaw. Mackenzie makes excellent ice tea and service was prompt and friendly. So much more convenient than driving to CT!

This place was fantastic! I'm probably just saying that because I been fiending for a lobster for a while now. The meat was nice and chunky, I tried both Maine and CT style. I'm in love with both, definitely will be back. I wish they served beer but that's just me being nitpicky lol. Give it a try and I'm sure you will enjoy.

Excellent place! Super friendly service and all of the lobster is fresh. They also give great portions! All of the lobster rolls come with big chunks of lobster that is perfectly cooked. This is a favorite lunch spot for my coworkers and I!

Fresh, fresh, fresh lobster roll, try the clam chowder, fried clams and you got to try the lobster fritters. Super good food, very attentive and nice servers. Only issue at the Edgewater location is the parking. Pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

Delicious gluten free food... Not fancy but some of the sweetest lobster tails I've had in a long time.

Jacks Lobster Shack has great customer service and the prices of their food is wonderful. My experience was good. There is parking a few stores down from the restaurant. This location is byob which is wonderful.

Very low key atmosphere but with great service.The freshest seafood possible. Best fish and chips ever. Great CT style lobster roll. We will definitely be back.

Was here on a Saturday night with my wife.Cute little restaurant to eat at. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Upon initial seating, host asked if we would rather a table a little further back even in a packed house due to the opening of the front door, as it may make it a little chilly to sit there. Really appreciate him asking us that before we noticed it on our own.Waiter (can't recall his name, but super friendly guy) was really attentive made some good suggestions and was just over all welcoming.I had a lobster dinner, my wife a snow crab dinner. Both meals were really well Done and fresh. Can't complain about anything that night. Would definitely visit again.

Loved the lobster rolls! Never knew there is a Connecticut roll and be a Maine roll (one hot with butter, the other cold with mayo). Jack makes them both great.

I went there with my hubby on Saturday for the first time. We've been eye-ing this restaurant for a while and finally decided to go. It's such a cute restaurant with a nautical feel and the staff is amazing. Our waiter was a young guy whose name I dont remember but he had a lot of tattoos and short, dark hair. He was very, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. As for the food- AMAZING and fresh! Huge portions and very reasonably priced. I had the shack fish burger and I loved it a lot. My husband loved his food, too. We will be coming back this Saturday because I want to try other things on their menu. :)

Nice place for seafood lobster roll ct style was delish. Nice clam strips snow was nice and classic. Decent half BLTOf wine serive is steady and professional

This place was amazing. Very small but it works. The Food here is off the chain. I had the Double Lobster Roll and my wife he the Steam Pot as our mains and the crab cake and garlic shrimp as our apps. I would definitely come here again

This spot had one of the best seafood experiences I have ever had in the United States. The lobster bisque is incredible, full of fresh lobster meat. The lobster and the rest of the seafood items were very fresh and tasty. The price is a little high, but you get more than enough quality.

This restaurant is doubtless one of the tastiest place in the area. Whenever I go there I am incredibly glad. They hold their high level service and the topmost level of food they serve. You always win with this place. Highly recommended.

I visit this special restaurant from time to time because I like the good mood that is exist in this place. The staff is very cordial and qualified. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food you get is outstanding. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The payment is honest. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

Great lobster rolls. I was able to eat 2 double lobster rolls, the equivalent of 4 regular lobster rolls, plus a salad and cole slaw, plus apple pie with ice cream and whipped cream. Be prepared to spend money if you are eating lobster.

Our family dining at Jack's Lobster Shack was favorable. I ordered the Lobster Fettuccine, my wife ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll and our son ordered the Grilled Cheese Platter. We're giving it a 4 out of 5 because we felt the food was average. The prices were decent. We'd recommend our friend's & family.
